It was created by Tanner, Harvey and Pavy who are a leading property maintenance company with over 40 year’s experience in the repair, maintenance and installation of doors and windows.

The company had found that traditional trades such as carpenters and joiners either could not or often did not want to fix problems with doors and windows, yet there was considerable demand for these services. A specialist was needed who could repair all types of doors and windows in aluminium, steel, plastic or timber.

A. Twenty years comprising four periods of five years each.

Q. Can I sell my franchise?
A. Yes, it's your business to expand and sell at a profit. You can sell your franchise at any time with no additional fees payable.

Q. How many hours do I work each day?
A. Your hours will vary subject to the jobs that you attend each day You are not expected to work weekends or evenings.

Q. Who do I buy my products from?
A. We have negotiated purchase agreements with most of our suppliers to ensure that you purchase quality products from us at the lowest prices. This also means that you can buy one-off of each item rather than minimum supplier quantities

Q. How do I find my customers?
A. We promote your business direct to your customers to ensure that you make sales from commencement and on an ongoing basis. All leads are allocated to you in your exclusive territory. You are not restricted and may advertise as you see fit.

Q. Do I need any prior experience?
A. No experience is required as we train you in all aspects of the operation of your business. General handy person skills, problem solving abilities, the urge to learn and grow and the ability to communicate with your customers is all that is required.

Q. What is the Franchise Service Fee for?
A. The fee provides for the following items:
- Ongoing support
- development of new products
- supplier negotiation
- regular meetings
- newsletters
- maintaining name, image and logo.
Q.What is the Advertising Levy for?

A. The Advertising Levy is used to promote your business in your local area. All of your payments are paid into a separate bank account and you are provided with a statement annually detailing the expenditure.

Q. What is the Administration Fee for?
A. The administration fee is a non-profit item, which provides for the cost of the central telephone answering service for all customers enquires. All leads that come through Head Office are allocated to you on a daily basis allowing you to focus on servicing your customers and earning your income.
